We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please let us know - we want to make it right!
Here are the details for returns:
Boutiquemarguerite.shop accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. Returns must be shipped back within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
Returns must be shipped back either UPS or FedEx if delivered to our physical location.

IN STORE RETURNS
Returns will be accepted in person for in-store credit or exchange. Please bring packing slip, or show sales associate your order confirmation email.
- For exchanges, contact customer service immediately for availability of desired exchange items, please email info@boutiquemarguerite.shop
- All shipping charges are non-refundable
- Boutiquemarguerite.shop reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the fourteen 14 day return period
- Returns will be accepted in person at our brick-and-mortar location for store credit only or exchange.
- Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as Boutique Marguerite cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages
- An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by Boutiquemarguerite.shop
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Boutique Marguerite)
